As I have mentioned before, coffee is such a big deal in South Korea, that even a moderately sized community like Waegwan (the locals refer to it as a ‘rural city’) boasts a handful of nice cafes. The Spring Coffee is one of those. Modern, airy, filled with light. Mysterious little photographs can be found in baskets on some of the tables, and shelves filled with books add to the creative but minimalist feel to the place. I recommend the iced mint mocha- with the consistency of a milkshake and the option to top it off with whipped cream it is a truly decadent treat. Lovely little spot to clear the mind and get a bit of computer work done.
